What data we process and why

  • “Join the ecosystem” form: identification, profession, registration, centre and contact details, to answer the request, verify professional registration and inform you about the ecosystem. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and consent. Retention: 12 months without onboarding, or for the duration of the relationship.
  • “Find a professional” form: name, contact details, area and preference, to put you in touch with ecosystem professionals or let you know when there are some. Basis: consent. Retention: 12 months.
  • Contact form: to reply. Basis: consent. Retention: 12 months.
  • DNAGPT waiting list: to notify you of the launch. Basis: consent. Retention: until launch or withdrawal.

We do not request or process health or genetic data through these forms; if you include any, we will delete it.

Recipients and transfers

Our hosting provider (Webempresa, EU) and, for onboarded professionals, CESGEN’s management system. We do not pass data to third parties. No international transfers.

Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, through the contact form; complaints to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

Genetic data of professionals’ clients

Governed by the service agreement and by the information and consent sheet provided by the professional; CESGEN acts as processor and knows only the sample code.
