DNAGPT

A decision-support system for the professional: it helps them read each client's genetic file with knowledge curated by CESGEN, within the limits of a wellness study. It proposes and cites its sources.

Evidence, not promises

What a gene can say about your diet, and what it cannot

Associations between genes and nutrients are probabilistic: they guide, they do not determine. That is why the NutriGPT study is limited to variants with a practical translation into food and habits, and DNAGPT works only with curated knowledge and cites its sources.

Frequently asked questions

What is CESGEN?

A centre for genomics and nutrition studies based in Spain. It trains professionals and anyone with an interest, analyses samples in its own laboratory in Spain and develops DNAGPT, a decision-support system for the professional in the nutrition consultation.

Can I order the NutriGPT study for myself?

The study is always carried out through a dietitian or another health professional, who interprets it with you. If you do not have one, tell us where you live and we will put you in touch with professionals in the ecosystem near you.

What does the NutriGPT study analyse, and what does it not?

It analyses 48 common genetic variants related to how you make use of certain nutrients, how you respond to diet and exercise, and some preferences and habits. It does not analyse disease risk, intolerances or response to medicines: it is not a diagnostic test.

What is DNAGPT?

A decision-support system for the professional. It helps them read each client's genetic file with knowledge curated by CESGEN, within the limits of a wellness study. It proposes and cites its sources.
